Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Spent 2 nights here with our family members, had a very good stay overall. There was a well laid out and brand-new room with a fridge.

A night of unexpected challenges
The front desk staff was friendly and made checking in easy. Breakfast included fresh fruit and tasty bagels, a pleasant start to the day.
Our bathroom wasn't stocked with soap, and we had issues with the cleanliness of our room. The shower had spots that hadn't been cleaned properly.

Good location, Inn is a very nice place.
Since my room was a confirmed registration with no cancelation and it was paid for the day before I asked not to have the bill put under the door and was told that was no problem. They put the bill under the door!

The property was very basic with no surprises
When I checked in the desk person seemed to be distracted and did not really give me much of a welcome or give me any particulars about he property, IE, breakfast times, Wi Fi codes

Just a proper fit for a brief pit stop in Binghamton with best value. Shannon did a great job keeping the breakfast area clean and even sent us off with a goody bag. If you're here, check out the nearby restaurant options.

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff
Especially accommodating our requests. The pool was nice, but a little crowded. Pro tip, Arrive early to secure a good spot at the pool.

I have never,ever had SO much trouble getting to a hotel. Behind a loading dock , behind a mall!!!!

The hampton inn has comfy beds and a great location, tucked behind a grocery store. I appreciated the grab bar in the tub. Chad, the manager, was super helpful throughout my stay. After a long day, i loved relaxing in the indoor pool.
